Our People
AERS was founded in 2025 to provide on-ground ecological restoration services across southern Queensland. Our team is passionate about supporting landowners and industry deliver real on-ground conservation outcomes which provide long-term benefits for the communities we call home, and our unique flora and fauna.
Our results driven team is led by Will Gibson, an experienced ecologist and bush regenerator with a passion for seeing projects through to completion!
Will is supported by a team of skilled bush regenerators, tree planters and plant operators to deliver your project.
Our Approach
AERS prides itself on the delivery of ecological rehabilitation and land management in a scientifically robust, and effective manner. Our goal is to improve the condition of, or re-estestablish and restore native vegetation communities to a largely self-sustaining condition which replicates the pre-disturbance composition and form. We work with project proponents, ecologists, landscape architects and land management authorities to find the best outcome for your circumstance.
AERS proudly adopts practices in line with the South East Queensland Restoration Framework (Chenoweth EPLA and Bushland Restoration Services (2012)).
